Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital products and services Ocean Proxies provides, we do not offer returns or refunds for any purchase once the order has been delivered.
Why
Proxies are digital goods that are provisioned to your account and made available for immediate use the moment your payment is confirmed. Once the credentials have been issued, the product has been delivered in full and cannot be returned. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and, to the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any cooling-off right that would otherwise apply to digital content.
Faulty service
If your proxies are not working as described, contact us before attempting a chargeback and we will investigate. Where there is a genuine fault on our side that we cannot resolve, we will work with you in good faith to put it right, which may include a replacement or account credit at our discretion. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
